Object insured is the property interests of the policyholder (the insured), associated to their obligation to reimburse in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the harm caused by a motor vehicle specified in the insurance contract/insurance policy to life, health and property of third parties, upon occurrence of an insured event during the period of insurance coverage under the insurance contract.

- Standard Risks

Risk of harm to life and health of third parties as a result of a road traffic accident;
Risk of damage to property of third parties as a result of a road traffic accident.
Specific list of insurance risks is determined by agreement of the parties.
Insured event is any harm to life, health and property of third parties caused by a vehicle as a result of a road traffic accident (RTA), which took place with the participation of the vehicle specified in the insurance contract/insurance policy, where the policyholder or the insured person incurs third party liability for compensation of the damage caused, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic Kazakhstan.
Insured events also include cases of damage caused by elements broken away from a moving vehicle (parts of the vehicle or transported items).

Sum Insured

established by agreement of the parties and is the ceiling of liability in addition to mandatory vehicle owners’ third part liability insurance.

Payment of Compensation per Occurrence

Insurer’s ceiling of liability per any one occurrence (sum insured) (in monthly calculation indices):

For damage caused to one vehicle
no more than 600 MCI

For harm to life or health of each injured
no more than 1000 MCI.
