Mandatory insurance of third party liability of carriers transporting passengers by railway, marine, air and road and urban electric transport, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Mandatory Insurance of Carrier’s Third Party Liability to Passengers” №444-II dated 01.07.2003.

Payment of Compensation per Occurrence:

Ceiling of liability of the insurer per any one event (sum insured) (in monthly calculation indices):

For marine and air carriage

For harm caused to life and health of each victim
Up to 2 000 MCI;

For damage caused to property of each affected person
250 MCI.

For rail, inland water and road transport

For arm caused to life and health of each victim
1 000 MCI;

For damage caused to the property of each affected person
250 MCI.

The deductible is 5 MCI per occurrence and per victim.

What you need to do:

As soon as possible, but not later than in 3 days, provide the Company with the following information: your first and last name or the name of the organization, about the incident, briefly about the insured object, circumstances, place and time. After that you will receive further instructions on what to do;

In addition, you will need to write an insurance claim;

Collect the documents specified in the insurance contract, confirming the fact of the insured event and provide them to the Company;
