Object insured is the property interests of the policyholder (insured) associated with possession, use and disposal of agricultural machinery, as well as the risk of loss (destruction) or damage thereof as a result of insured events.
Loss (destruction) of or damage to property (ancillary equipment, listed in the annex hereto) as a result of the following events:
fire, lightning, explosion of gas used for domestic purposes.
fall on the insured property of piloted aircrafts or their fragments and articles therefrom;
natural disasters (excluding earthquake), namely, effect of subterranean fire, landslide, rock fall, storm, tornado, hurricane, hail, rain, snow avalanche;
earthquake;
explosion of steam boilers, gas storage facilities, pipelines, machinery, instruments and other similar devices;
damage to the insured property by water from water supply, sewerage, heating and fire-extinguishing systems;
unlawful acts of third parties: breaking in, burglary or robbery.
