Object insured is the property interests of the policyholder relating to unforeseen expenses and losses as a result of an insured event occurring during the period of possession, use and disposition of property, specified in the contract, and property interests of the policyholder relating to their duty to compensate for harm caused to the lessor’s property, life and health of third parties as a result of an insured event provided for by the terms of the contract.
Insured events are any events that result from gas explosion, flooding with tap water, fire exposure, short circuit of electrical wiring allowed in the premises specified in the contract, due to negligence, errors or omissions in the operation by the insured of the rented premises specified in the contract, resulting in a lessor’s claim against the policyholder for damages to property, life or health, provided that:
1) the event occurred during the term of this Contract;
2) there is a direct causal link betwee the injury and the event which caused the damage subject to compensation in accordance with this Contract;
3) there no evidence of gross negligence actions of the insured is.
Sum Insured
The sum insured and insurance premium is established in the contract by agreement of the parties.
Beneficiary:
the lessor in case of damage to/destruction of real property;
a third person, whose property, life and/or health were harmed by the policyholder or the insured, covered under the conditions specified in the contract.
