Settlement of losses is the process of receipt of your insurance compensation under the insurance policy. Upon occurrence of an insured event, the insurer (Eurasia IC Company) shall reimburse the losses incurred by you (car repair, hospital treatment, etc.). List of necessary documents to be provided to the company:
1. If the applicant is the guilty person in the accident:
1) ID Card;
2) Technical passport for the vehicle;
3) Driving license/temporary driving license;
4) Insurance policy;
5) Materials of the Road Traffic Police Department: Protocol on administrative violation, accident scheme with enclosure, explanatory notes of participants of the accident (if any);
6) Medical examination report on the fact of consumption of psychoactive substances and alcohol intoxication (if any);
7) Driver’s trip ticket or the power of attorney for driving the vehicle (if the policyholder is the legal entity).
2. If the applicant is the Aggrieved:
1) ID Card;
2) Technical passport for the vehicle;
3) Power of attorney from the vehicle owner to represent the interests of the insurance company if the applicant is not the owner of the vehicle;
4) Materials of the Road Traffic Police Department: Protocol on administrative violation, accident scheme with enclosure, explanatory notes of participants of the accident (if any).

Stop, do not move your car from the accident scene;
Turn on hazard warning lights and place a warning triangle. Warning triangle is placed in a settlement at least 15m away from the accident scene, outside of settlement – at least 30m away;
Report the incident to the traffic police;
Call an ambulance if there are any injured. Before the arrival of the ambulance crew try to assist them as much as possible.
Call Eurasia IC.
Wait for the arrival of the average commissioner, if provided by your insurance program.
File a claim with Eurasia IC office; provide the necessary set of documents and the damaged car for expert examination.
Important!
Do not leave the accident scene, do not move the vehicle and do not touch the items related to the accident, before the arrival of traffic police;
Do not move the cars of all the participants in the accident before the scheme is drawn, recording the position of the vehicles, possibly in the presence of witnesses, and specifying their full names, addresses and phone numbers.

When you contact the Service Company you need to give them the following information:
surname, first name;
policy number and its expiration date;
name of the insurance company;
the reason for seeking help;
your location (country, city, hotel, address of the apartment);
Description of the circumstances of illness or accident and the nature of assistance required;
Code and contact telephone number.
Russian-speaking operators will make arrangements for you medical and other assistance, and will provide a payment guarantee for your treatment.
If for some reason you have not had a chance to call the Service Company and you had to seek medical help in a hospital at the location, Eurasia IC will compensate for your expenses after you return from your trip, upon presentation of supporting documents, in accordance with the limit established in the insurance contract (insurance policy).
Upon return to the country of residence, report the loss to Eurasia IC as soon as possible.
